1.Agreement
These terms plus your written quote form the full agreement between you and RockStandard Technologies LLC. Signing the quote, paying the deposit, or telling us in writing to start counts as acceptance.
2.Scope
We will design, build, and launch the website described in your quote. Anything not listed in the quote — extra pages, e-commerce, copywriting, logo design, photography — is extra work and will be quoted separately in writing before we do it.
3.Price & payment
50% deposit to begin work; the balance is due on delivery, before the site goes live or files are handed off. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Applicable sales tax is added per Texas law.
4.Your content
You supply the text, photos, logos, and business details, and you confirm you have the right to use everything you give us. We publish only content you provide or approve — we never invent reviews or testimonials.
5.Revisions
The price includes two rounds of revisions during the build. Further changes, or changes after launch, are billed as extra work or covered by a hosting plan (below).
6.Timeline
Dates we give are good-faith estimates. The schedule depends on receiving your content and feedback promptly; delays on your side move the dates by the same amount.
7.Hosting & maintenance (optional)
Managed hosting is $19.99/month, covering hosting, SSL, and minor text/photo edits (up to 30 minutes per month; unused time does not roll over). Either of us may cancel with 30 days' written notice. If you host elsewhere, we hand over the site files at final payment and hosting is your responsibility.
8.Domains & third-party services
Your domain name is registered in your name and owned by you. Fees charged by third parties — domain registrar, email provider, form services — are yours.
9.Ownership
Once the balance is paid, you own the finished website and its content. We keep the right to reuse general-purpose code and techniques, and — with your written permission — to show the work in our portfolio.
10.Warranty
We'll fix defects — broken links, display errors, form failures — reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Beyond that, the site is provided as-is; we don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue.
11.Limitation of liability
Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.
12.Cancellation
You may cancel at any time in writing. The deposit covers work performed; if work completed exceeds the deposit, the difference is billed. Completed work is released on settlement.
13.Governing law
Texas law governs this agreement; venue is Tarrant County, Texas.
